I found this to be a good way to keep my butt toned without allotting time away from things that must be done. This is only good for women that use a curling iron on their hair. When I am curling a section of hair I count to ten before releasing the curl. What I have been doing is simple knee bends for each count. Sometimes more and sometimes less than ten. If you have a lot of curling to do don’t get bummed out if you get tired of doing the knee bends. Do as many as you can each time and before you know it you will breeze through the entire process. This exercise actually seem to make the whole thing go much quicker. Thats it …. as you can tell I am not much of an exerciser but when something works I do it.
I remember the do not call registry being implemented years ago. I thought that it was no longer in use but after the 3rd robo call today I did more research and found it. I just added my home landline to it and have my fingers crossed that it will work. It says 30 days until they stop, I wish I would have looked for this 30 days ago. I hope this will help others out there in the same situation.
The FTC encourages you to report your experience to them online via the agency’s National Do Not Call Registry or at (888) 382-1222. Also consider reporting these calls to your carrier. For example, Verizon’s Unlawful Call Center phone number is (800) 257‐2969.
You can add up to 3 numbers, both landline and cell phones.

If you have any hosting with GoDaddy.com and are in need of quick help it can get really expensive. You can use the live chat but that can take a lot of time depending on when you are using it. Some questions just need to be taken care of on the phone.
