Irish Shamrock Cloth Napkins
St. Patrick’s day will be here soon. Saint Pat’s Day is an Irish holiday celebrated by everyone. It seems like there is some Irish in just about all.
“Saint Patrick was a 5th-century Romano-British Christian missionary and bishop in Ireland. Known as the “Apostle of Ireland”, he is the primary patron saint of the island along with Saints Brigit and Columba.” Wikipedia
My favorite story about St Patrick is the one about driving the snakes from all of Ireland. A great story even though there were no snakes in Ireland. For this post I choose another of the familiar icons related to the Irish holiday known as Saint Patrick’s day. The green clover or the Irish Shamrock. Green is the color of Ireland which is perfect because it compliments the pale skin and red hair of the the Irish people.
These beautiful designs are on cloth napkins found on Zazzle. There is never a shortage of great art work to be found. Art for everyday occasions or for Holidays just like St. Paddy’s Day.
